'It's definitely a PITA. Just a framelock with the titanium milled down to .075 from the bolster on back. I use the pivot bolt and the backspacer screws to hold it to a steel plate. The screws are counterbored down to the depth they'd be if it were a liner lock. That way I can mill right over top of them.
The long part of the lock is cut before doing the milling work. I also run them thru an annealing cycle in the heat treating oven to relieve stress.'
