A radical departure from his earlier work, it featured a double ground blade, a thumb hole opener, the distinctive palm swell handle, and indexing grooves. All these are design features for use in all three fighting grips: saber, reverse, and hammer. An immediate hit, it remains relatively rare in the custom bolstered version. First CQC to have the Wave opener.
