A number of years back, after a 6 year "knife designing" hiatus, Ernie created a new CQC Model, the CQC-10. A radical departure from his previous work, it featured a double-ground blade, a thumb-hole opener, the distinctive palm-swell handle, & indexing grooves. All design features for use in the three fighting grips: saber, reverse, & hammer. The CQC-10 was also the very first CQC to have the Wave opener
