A radical departure from his previous work, it featured a double ground blade, a thumb hole opener, the distinctive palm swell handle, & indexing grooves. All design features for use in all three fighting grips: saber, reverse, & hammer. The CQC-10 was also the very first CQC Knife to have the Wave opener
